Mileage Correction for Manager SE & Propack

No matter how hard you try to get it right, you’ll end up making a typo on mileage for a vehicle inside of Manager Se. This video will walk you through how to correct the mistake in both the Manager SE and for those of you fortunate enough to have the Propack software.

(Correcting Mileage in Manager SE)

1. Click “Set up”
2. Click “Screen view”
3. Where it says “Enforce Mileage In” select “NO”
4. Click “Invoice Validations” (unselect “In mileage is zero or less than previous mileage”)
   1. You may also need to unselect the “out mileage” option.
5. Click done
6. Click W.I.P (Then reopen the invoice)

(How to correct the Incorrect invoice “mileage”)

1. Click “history”
2. Click “Un-Post invoice” on the bottom left corner (press yes when pop up appears)
3. Then you can correct the mileage for that invoice
4. Go ahead and “pay/post” the invoice like normal.

(Now that the invoice is corrected you will…)

6. Click “Set up”‘
7. Click “Screen view”
8. Where it says “Enforce mileage in” instead of selecting no you will select “YES”9. Click “Invoice Validations” (unselect “In mileage is zero or less than previous mileage”)

(Mileage Correction on PROPACK)

1. Select an invoice
2. Click ‘ProPack’ (bottom left corner)
3. Click ‘ Report Pro’
4. Click ‘Tools’
5. Click ‘Odometer Fix’
6. Double click on the number you are looking for
7. Enter the correct Odometer
